If you are a carer are you aware of what is available to you?

The surgery works closely with local carers in the area and offers support to you when needed.

As a carer we can provide you with priority access to our services such as appointments and flu vaccinations.

Let us know if you are a carer by emailing bswicb.Avenue-Data@nhs.net and we will send you a carers pack to return.

Look out for coffee mornings being held at the surgery especially for carers. Information will be posted here.
